Shipping Questions

• How long will it take for ordered items to be shipped?

• If your ordered items are currently in stock at The Shag Store in Palm Springs, they will typically ship within the week.  Due to supply chain issues, framed prints can take 4 to 8 weeks to ship if not currently in stock.

• Is it possible to get my order expedited?

• Absolutely!  To inquire, please email us at info@shagstore.com or give us a call at 760-322-3400 for the quickest reply.

• Will I receive tracking information once my items ship?

• Yes, you will receive all tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

• Do you ship internationally?

• For most fine art prints and merchandise, we do offer international shipping.  The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping destination.  If you are having any trouble or have more questions about international shipping, please feel free to email us at info@shagstore.com or give us a call at 760-322-3400.

Shag Fine Art Print Questions

• Does my fine art print come with a certificate of authenticity?

• Most fine art prints after the year 2003 come with a certificate of authenticity excluding archival prints (Artist Proofs, Studio Proofs, etc.).  If you would like further information, please email us at info@shagstore.com or give us a call at 760-322-3400.  

• I do not see a fabric liner color that works for me.  Do you offer other fabric liner options for framing?

• Yes! We can frame any of our fine art prints in almost any color that satisfies your design needs.  If you do not see a fabric liner color that works for you on The Shag Store website, please reach us at info@shagstore.com or call us at 760-322-3400 with your fabric liner inquiry.

• Do you only use black frames when framing the fine art prints?

• Typically, we use black frames when framing our fine art prints.  However, we can offer a white frame as a custom order for an additional fee on any fine art print.  The fee varies depending on the size of the print.  

• What is a serigraph print?

• A serigraph print is an intensive process that utilizes a silk screen technique to recreate an original artwork on special archival paper.  All of our fine art serigraph prints are hand pulled on high quality paper so you can have Shag’s (Josh Agle) artwork for lifetimes of enjoyment.

• What is a giclee print?

• A giclee print is a recreation of an original artwork using a precision laser printer and unique archival inks on special paper designed for premium quality and longevity.  

• Can I get my unframed Shag art print framed in your framing options?

• Yes!  You can bring the unframed art print into our store in Palm Springs and we will gladly assist in finding the framing option that fits you needs.  If you are unable to visit our Palm Springs location, give us a call at 760-322-3400 or email us at info@shagstore.com so we can discuss framing options and get your unframed Shag art print into The Shag Store's exclusive framing!

• Can Shag (Josh Agle) personalize my ordered items from The Shag Store?

• We cannot offer personalization on any ordered items from The Shag Store.  Shag (Josh Agle) will happily personalize any items you ordered at one of our events. We’re looking forward to seeing you then!

• Does The Shag Store offer any discount codes?

• No, The Shag Store does not offer any discount or coupon codes nor will we honor any codes.

• Is your full selection of fine art prints available on The Shag Store website?

• No, in fact, The Shag Store website only lists our latest releases and we have more available at our Palm Springs location. Over the decades, Shag (Josh Agle) has released hundreds of fine art prints and we have exclusive access to almost all of his work.  If you have been searching for a particular fine art print, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@shagstore.com or give us a call at 760-322-3400 because we will likely be able to acquire that long sought after Shag art print!
