Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for unframed fine art prints & the contiguous USA for most items at here at The Shag Store. Additional shipping and handling fees vary for Alaska and Hawaii as well as international shipping. Licensed products may also incur an additional shipping and handling fee calculated at checkout.

Our custom framing is done with the utmost care and precision - each piece is done by hand by experienced craftsmen using the highest quality wood, vibrant color fabric liners, & plexiglass. Our custom framing is only available through The Shag Store, so you can be sure you're receiving the best quality frame. Because of this, the Framing & Shipping Process on all of our fine art prints may take at least 3 weeks. This time may vary depending on any interruptions in supply chains or third-party logistical services. We will always strive to get your Shag fine art piece to you as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes for their respective countries. No refund will be issued in the event that the customer refuses shipment of the items ordered.

While we make every effort to thoroughly inspect all prints and art pieces prior to shipping; there may be the odd occasion where something does get missed or overlooked. Should this be the case, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation in a reasonable time frame. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.

Shipping charges will NOT be refunded unless the product(s) arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

In the event your shipment arrives and is incorrect, damaged, or flawed, we will make every attempt to ship out a replacement as soon as we can. We will pay for any return and/or additional shipping charges required.

"Kingu Monsuta" print is not licensed for sale in Japan. Orders to Japan will, unfortunately, be canceled as per agreement with Licensor, TOHO International.
